Orders & payment
All orders must be paid in full to be confirmed. Prices include the design agreed at the time of order; changes to size or design may affect the price.
Cancellations & refunds
As cakes are made fresh to order, cancellations made within 48 hours of the collection/delivery date cannot be refunded. Cancellations made earlier may receive a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
After collection
Once a cake leaves our care, responsibility for storage, handling and serving passes to the customer. Please follow our Cake Care guidance to keep your cake in perfect condition.
