Storing your cake
Keep your cake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Buttercream and fresh-cream cakes should be refrigerated and brought to room temperature about 30–60 minutes before serving for the best taste and texture.
Handling & transport
Always carry cake boxes flat and level — never on a lap or seat at an angle. In a car, place the box in the footwell or boot on a flat surface. Avoid a hot car; air conditioning helps on warm days.
Allergens
Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soy. If you have an allergy, please let us know before ordering and we'll advise on suitable options.
